How do I start?
When spaces become available for new students, a page will be added to the website with a simple submission form. Fill it in to register your interest, and we’ll get in touch with the next available start date.

Do I need any experience?
No experience is required. The class is designed for complete beginners and focuses on building a gentle, supportive foundation in movement, posture, and breathing.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement—such as a T-shirt and loose trousers—and maybe a warm layer for meditation, flat-soled shoes or trainers. No special uniform is required.

What are the benefits of Tai Chi?
Tai Chi helps improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and focus. It reduces stress, supports healthy posture, and builds calm strength through mindful, flowing movement.

Do I need to be fit or flexible to start?
Not at all. Tai Chi is gentle and adaptable. You’ll develop strength, flexibility, and confidence gradually, at your own pace, with guidance from your instructor.
