Your First Step into Tai Chi & Qigong
Every student at Lohan Martial Arts & Wellbeing School begins with an essential foundation class. Here, you’ll cultivate the core principles that form the roots of all Tai Chi and Qigong practice – balance, flow, awareness, and harmony between body and mind.
In this class, you’ll explore:
Fundamental movements & postures to develop balance, coordination, and inner stability.
Gentle stretching & strengthening to awaken the body and support safe, effective practice.
Breath awareness & relaxation techniques to calm the mind and build energy (Qi).
Etiquette & vocabulary so you can step into any Tai Chi or Qigong class with clarity and confidence.
The Beginner Tai Chi Class also allows your instructor to understand your needs and goals. When the time is right, you’ll be personally invited to continue your journey in the Intermediate and Advanced classes.
Whether your focus is meditative stillness, flowing movement, or holistic wellbeing, this is where your Tai Chi and Qigong journey begins.
