Your First Step into Kung Fu

Every student at Lohan Martial Arts & Wellbeing School begins with this essential foundation in Kung Fu training. Here, you’ll develop the core principles that lie at the heart of all Chinese martial arts – balance, coordination, awareness, and harmony between body and mind.

In this class, you’ll explore:

  • Fundamental stances, strikes, and footwork to build strength, structure, and precision.

  • Stretching and conditioning exercises to increase flexibility, stamina, and resilience.

  • Breath control and focus training to cultivate inner calm and mental clarity.

  • Etiquette and martial conduct so you can train with confidence and respect for the art.

The Kung Fu class is open to all levels. Beginners will build a strong foundation, while more experienced students can refine techniques, deepen their understanding, and strengthen their internal connection to movement.

Whether your focus is martial skill, personal discipline, or physical and mental wellbeing, this is where your Kung Fu journey continues to grow.
